LM-16C1
Product function
LM-16C1 Glacier Coolant is a synthetic hydrocarbon compound with good thermal stability, used for indirect heat transfer. Owing to its uniform heating, accurate temperature control, excellent heat transfer performance, energy saving, and convenient delivery and operation, it has in recent years been widely applied in the pharmaceutical, chemical, solar-thermal new energy, oil and natural gas and other industries.
Appearance
Light-coloured to light-yellow liquid.
Composition
LM-16C1 Glacier Coolant consists of a mixture of hydrocarbon compounds.
Key parameters
LM-16C1 Glacier Coolant is mainly intended for use at high temperatures as a heat transfer medium, with a service range of 10 °C to 340 °C. It has a stable molecular structure, good thermal stability and a favourable vapour pressure, and is designed for use in closed-loop circulation systems. Closed-cup flash point: 152 °C.

Product features
The product features the following:
Usage instructions
1. LM-16C1 must be used on its own; do not mix it with any other secondary refrigerant or heat transfer medium.
2. Clean the system thoroughly and confirm that there are no leaks, then add the product to the system as soon as possible.
3. For use in closed systems only; prevent moisture from entering the system during use.
4. Do not use the product to directly heat or cool oxidizing chemicals. When it is used for indirect heating in food or pharmaceutical production processes, the requirements of the relevant national food and drug safety standards must be met.
After-sales service and testing
During use of the product, dedicated personnel provide follow-up service throughout the service period: the customer's product is sampled at regular intervals and brought back to the company for testing. The tests are carried out with the support of our company's Low-Temperature Liquid Heat Transfer Medium Engineering Laboratory, and the test reports are promptly fed back to the customer. If any problem is found, a solution is provided in a timely manner together with the relevant technical services, offering customers 360-degree comprehensive after-sales service.
For first use, the product shall be inspected within 3 months after charging and commissioning, and thereafter at least once a year. Inspection items include appearance, closed-cup flash point, viscosity, and acid value.
As part of Glacier Coolant's 32 years of secondary refrigerant manufacturing expertise, the LM-16C1 series delivers a reliable, high-temperature heat transfer solution for demanding industrial applications.
